Private reports preserve relevant context and give authorized staff a calmer path to assess severity, evidence, immediate risk, and next actions.

Eligible outcomes can be reviewed through a focused appeal that records the decision, relevant context, reviewer assignment, and conflict warning.

Protective actions may be temporary or permanent. High-impact actions require the appropriate authority, reason, evidence references, and review.

Related-account indicators may support a human investigation, but automated signals do not create an automatic ban.

Sensitive material belongs in restricted storage with minimized access, retention limits, and an audit record of evidence access.

Share the affected platform or event, approximate date and time, relevant account identifiers, a concise description, immediate safety needs, and the minimum evidence needed to understand the concern.

A review may result in orientation, a warning, access limits, temporary removal, permanent removal, no action when evidence does not support a rule violation, or referral to the platform that controls the account or content.

Discord, VRChat, and other services control their own accounts and platform enforcement. A Mello Zone report does not replace the relevant platform report when conduct also violates that service's rules.

Staff may acknowledge receipt, request specific missing context, communicate an operational outcome when appropriate, and preserve private details. Mello Zone does not promise a fixed response time or a particular result.

Mello Zone Furry Community is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or the relevant platform when immediate danger requires urgent intervention.
