   • The publishing gate rejects reused source images and renamed duplicates. Existing image URLs remain recoverable through exact asset redirects.
   • Article text, original publication dates and factual review dates are preserved; media changes have their own update records.

   Evidence boundary: Full release validation passed 479 tests and the complete 114-page route/search audits. Live checks confirmed all 56 article heroes, 24 new asset hashes and 18 historical image URLs. Desktop/mobile and explicit image-decoding results are recorded in the regression ledger; this is not a perfect-score or indexing claim.

   Mello Zone Furry Community now has a dedicated organization reference and a Furry Convention Data Hub, separate from the journal.

   • The press page links the existing media library, identifies the founder, reports bounded public statistics and preserves concept/planning project labels.
   • The initial dataset contains three sourced convention editions with status, provenance, explicit unknown attendance, methodology and a corrections route.

   Mello Zone Furry Community now uses a static purple, pink and blue interface. The WebGL renderer, animated grain, morphing artwork, pulsing rings and scroll-reveal effects are removed.

   • The existing artwork, page addresses, full community name and approved homepage headings are preserved.
   • A shared header and more comfortable heading scale improve readability. Platform, safety and journal choices no longer float over each other; oversized blank spaces are reduced.
   • Short color feedback, visible keyboard focus and reduced-motion preferences remain supported without adding fonts, scripts or image downloads.
   • Every public route retains its metadata, canonical, structured data and selective robots policy; sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and security.txt remain available.

   Evidence boundary: Verified live on September 7: all 112 canonical pages and the 84-URL sitemap passed the production audit. Google PageSpeed measured homepage performance at 100 mobile and 99 desktop, with 100 accessibility, best practices and SEO on both. These are lab samples, not all-pages or field guarantees.     The public experience now uses one Astro and Cloudflare stack with a scene-based WebGL world, a left navigation rail, compact footer, and server-rendered HTML beneath every visual effect.

    • Original descriptions, story copy, accomplishments, links, and article bodies passed generated preservation checks against the previous public build.
    • Motion respects reduced-motion preferences and never supplies the only copy, link, or navigation path.
