This notice explains how Mello Zone Furry Community uses cookies, local browser storage, consent-managed measurement, and click-to-load third-party media.
Privacy-protective default
Optional analytics, advertising services, personalization, and automatic third-party embeds are off by default. Essential storage may be used for security, privacy choices, and reliable site operation.
When a browser sends Global Privacy Control, Mello Zone Furry Community treats that signal as an opt-out and keeps optional services disabled.
Essential storage
Essential storage remembers a saved privacy choice, whether a consent notice was acknowledged, a Global Privacy Control mode sent through the site edge, and limited security or authentication state.
Staff and site-management authentication may require secure, HTTP-only session cookies. Those cookies are separate from optional analytics and must remain protected by server-side authorization and multi-factor authentication requirements.
Optional audience analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. They help identify broad usage patterns, broken journeys, and performance issues.
Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals remain denied in the analytics configuration. Withdrawing analytics permission sends denied consent signals and removes accessible measurement cookies.
Advertising services
Advertising services are separately controlled and remain disabled unless the visitor allows them and the production AdSense policy gate is enabled. Publishing an AdSense ownership record does not itself load advertising code.
If ad serving is enabled, Mello Zone Furry Community requests non-personalized ads. Additional regional consent requirements must be satisfied before serving ads in affected jurisdictions.
Third-party embeds
Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Spotify, VRChat, and similar media are presented behind a click-to-load boundary where practical. The provider receives browser and network information only after the visitor requests that embed.
A remembered provider choice can be revoked in the Privacy Center without changing essential site access.
Change or withdraw a choice
Use Your privacy choices in the footer to reject optional processing, allow or disable analytics, control advertising services, and revoke remembered embeds.
A later choice replaces the earlier saved preference. A Global Privacy Control signal remains authoritative while it is active.
Storage duration and changes
The site's privacy-choice cookie is configured for up to one year. Local preference flags remain until changed, removed through the Privacy Center, or cleared through browser controls. Provider cookies follow the provider's configured duration and are cleared where technically accessible when permission is withdrawn.
This notice will be updated before materially different optional tracking or storage is introduced.
