The public experience targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the practical access outcomes reflected in United States disability guidance. This is an engineering target and continuing review program, not a claim that an external accessibility audit or legal determination has been completed.
Public navigation, forms, dialogs, provider gates, and management entry points are expected to work without a pointer, retain visible focus, and use real links or buttons.
Pages use semantic landmarks, one descriptive main heading, logical section headings, useful link text, restrained line lengths, and text contrast that remains readable over imagery.
Simple motion respects reduced-motion preferences. The site avoids autoplay audio and full-screen background video, and external media stays click-to-load.
Meaningful images receive descriptive alternatives. Status and errors are communicated with text, not color alone, and asynchronous changes use accessible announcements.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a certification claim. Include the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and the task you were trying to complete when reporting a barrier. Requests for a reasonable alternative path receive human review.
