This policy applies to mellozone.site, its public forms, consented public submissions, and restricted records created when those forms are reviewed.

Discord, VRChat, Telegram, Resend, Cloudflare, and other linked or operational services have their own privacy terms and controls.

Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, referrer, and diagnostic or security events.

These records are used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate outages or security events.

Limited cookies or local browser storage may preserve security state, an active Global Privacy Control bridge, authorized editor authentication, and a visitor's decision to load a specific third-party embed.

Public pages do not load a third-party consent manager, optional audience analytics, advertising code, or cross-site behavior recording. The Cookies & Storage Notice lists the current categories, purposes, durations, and controls.

Contact, appeal, staff, creator, partner, and community-voice forms collect the information a visitor chooses to submit, such as a name or handle, reply method, category, links, and message.

When secure intake is available, form submissions receive a reference code, are stored in the site's restricted Cloudflare D1 database, and may generate a restricted notification through Cloudflare Email Sending or Resend. Public submission routes use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. If secure intake is unavailable, the site offers a local mailto fallback that sends nothing until the visitor reviews the prepared message and chooses Send in their email app.

Private report details, relevant evidence, staff notes, status, and timestamps may be retained to enforce boundaries and respond to safety concerns.

Reports are shared only with staff or service providers who need the information to review and respond, except when disclosure is required for safety or law.

Current form retention dates range from 180 days for general contact to 730 days for reports and appeals. Authorized staff may shorten retention, while an active safety, fraud, dispute, or legal requirement may justify a documented hold.

Mello Zone Furry Community uses information to provide forms, review public submissions, operate events and creator or partner programs, enforce community standards, prevent spam and abuse, answer requests, maintain reliable services, and meet valid legal obligations.

Information is not used to create follower rankings or popularity scores.

Only information approved for a public community voice, creator feature, partner feature, or similar submission may be published. Reports, reply addresses, staff notes, and draft submissions are not public.

Mello Zone Furry Community does not sell personal information or publish private member data for advertising profiles.

The site may use limited browser storage for essential preferences and reliable operation.

The public site honors Global Privacy Control. Because Mello Zone does not sell personal information, use cross-context behavioral advertising, or load optional analytics, the signal confirms an already privacy-protective default. It also prevents a remembered external-media provider from loading automatically.

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics, Google AdSense, and iubenda are not loaded by the public site. No client-side audience profile is created by Mello Zone for advertising or ranking purposes.

Before optional tracking, advertising, or another materially different browser-storage purpose is introduced, Mello Zone will update this policy and the Cookies & Storage Notice and add any legally required choice before the service loads.

Contact Mello Zone Furry Community to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification about information associated with you. Reasonable verification may be required; do not send identity documents through a normal site form unless staff provides a specific secure process.

You may withdraw a public submission by contacting staff. Previously distributed copies or third-party platform records may remain subject to those services' policies.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, a person may also request portability, restriction, objection, or review of a decision. Mello Zone Furry Community will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

The current public website does not collect government identification for age verification. General contact, report, appeal, application, and community forms must not be used to send identity documents.

The current document-review option operates in the private Discord ticket described on the official Verification page. Mello Zone reviewers use the requested evidence to decide whether the member meets the 18+ access requirement. Discord processes ticket messages and attachments under its own privacy terms. Members should redact unrelated fields before capture and may ask for the current reviewer-access and deletion practice in the ticket before submitting.

Identity evidence from the private ticket must not be reused for advertising, creator discovery, popularity scoring, public profiles, or unrelated moderation. The repository cannot prove the live Discord reviewer list, permissions, or deletion timing, so the public site does not promise an unverified reviewer count or retention period.

Before any website upload, reusable age credential, or external age-assurance provider is activated, Mello Zone Furry Community will document necessity and proportionality, prefer an age result over a copy of an identity document, separate the result from public profiles, limit access, define retention and deletion rules, assess the provider, and publish an updated notice.

Infrastructure, email, abuse prevention, authorized editorial tools, and other approved providers process information only for the service they supply and under their own terms. Provider access is limited by configuration, credentials, contracts where appropriate, and the information necessary for that function.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where a law requires transfer safeguards, Mello Zone Furry Community will evaluate and document the available contractual and technical measures before enabling the affected processing.

The site is designed to collect only information tied to a stated purpose. Required and optional fields should remain distinguishable, and staff should avoid copying private evidence into public content or unrelated systems.

When a retention period ends, information should be deleted or de-identified unless a documented safety, fraud, dispute, preservation, or legal hold applies. Backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited recovery window before normal rotation removes them.

Editorial access uses repository permissions and review history. Public-form records use restricted Cloudflare storage, server-side validation, Turnstile, rate limiting, secure transport, and security headers. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the published security contact. Mello Zone Furry Community will preserve relevant evidence, contain the issue, assess affected information, restore services, and provide notices when applicable law or a material safety risk requires them.

Mello Zone Furry Community is intended for adults age 18 and older. If staff learns that an ineligible person submitted information, access may be restricted and associated information removed where appropriate.

References to security frameworks describe control alignment and operating goals, not a certification, government authorization, legal conclusion, or promise that every framework applies. Applicability depends on the service, data, contracts, jurisdiction, and independent assessment.

This policy may change when services, providers, or operating practices change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published.
