Support before enforcement
Many situations can be resolved with orientation, a boundary reminder, channel guidance, or a clear explanation of the rule. Protective action becomes appropriate when conduct, risk, repetition, or immediate safety needs require more than informal support.
Evidence and privacy
Reports should be evaluated using relevant messages, dates, links, screenshots, witness context, and platform records when available. Sensitive information is shared only with people who need it for response, review, security, or a lawful obligation.
Escalation and appeals
Credible threats, exploitation, grooming, doxxing, severe harassment, ban evasion, staff conflicts, and high-impact outcomes require the appropriate escalation path. Eligible moderation decisions can be challenged through the separate appeal process.
