These Terms govern the Mello Zone Furry Community website, forms, submissions, and other services operated through mellozone.site.
Agreement and eligibility
By accessing the website or submitting information through a Mello Zone Furry Community form, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Standards.
Mello Zone Furry Community is an 18+ SFW community. You must be at least 18 to participate in its adult community spaces.
Community use
Use Mello Zone Furry Community services in good faith and help preserve a respectful, accountable environment. Inclusion does not require staff or members to tolerate conduct that credibly threatens another person or the community.
- Harassment, hate, threats, grooming, exploitation, impersonation, spam, targeted provocation, and privacy violations are prohibited.
- Illegal conduct, attempts to evade moderation, and unsafe content are prohibited.
- Published Community Standards apply across services operated by Mello Zone Furry Community.
Creator activity and commissions
Creators must credit work honestly, respect licenses and artist boundaries, and describe commissions or collaborations accurately.
Mello Zone Furry Community does not become a party to a transaction merely because a showcase or official page links to a creator. Members are responsible for evaluating offers, payment terms, delivery expectations, and platform protections.
Reports, moderation, and appeals
Staff may review available evidence, context, conduct patterns, immediate safety needs, and applicable standards. Protective action may occur before a complete review when credible risk requires it.
Possible actions include guidance, content removal, event restrictions, community restrictions, or referral to the applicable platform moderation team. Eligible decisions may be challenged through the published appeal process.
Forms and submissions
Information submitted through contact, appeal, staff, creator, partner, event, or community-voice forms should be accurate and relevant. Staff may decline, redact, archive, or remove a submission.
- Do not send malware, mass advertising, knowingly false reports, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not upload government identification, health records, payment-card data, passwords, recovery codes, or other regulated records through a general site form.
- Only share content you have the right to provide.
Platform credentials and verification boundaries
You are responsible for protecting credentials used with Discord, VRChat, GitHub, or another third-party platform. Mello Zone does not ask for those passwords or recovery codes through its public forms.
The current adult-access document review is described on the official Verification page. The public website does not accept identity-document uploads. A member who chooses this review must submit only the requested evidence inside the private Discord ticket opened through the official server path, never in a public channel or unsolicited direct message.
The Discord-side review must remain limited to the 18+ access decision and the minimum evidence needed for that decision. Any future website upload, reusable age credential, or external age-assurance provider requires a separate published notice describing the provider when one is used, the required data, access limits, retention and deletion, review and appeal paths, and available privacy choices before collection begins.
Third-party services
Discord, VRChat, Telegram, social networks, partner communities, news publishers, and other external services are operated by third parties. Their rules, availability, content, and privacy practices are outside Mello Zone Furry Community's direct control.
A link or partner profile does not guarantee or endorse every action taken by that service or community.
Service availability
Mello Zone Furry Community may modify, pause, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, staffing, legal, or community reasons. The site is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, permanent storage, event availability, creator income, or a particular moderation outcome.
Mello Zone Furry Community may restrict participation when these Terms or community standards are violated, continued access creates a credible risk, or law requires it.
Intellectual property and attribution
Mello Zone Furry Community names, original site copy, and community-created brand assets may not be presented as an official endorsement without permission. Third-party names, art, music, characters, and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners.
A creator who submits work retains ownership unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The creator grants only the permission needed for the approved feature, event, or showcase and may request withdrawal subject to reasonable archival, attribution, and legal limitations.
High-assurance data boundaries
The public site is not a payment processor, healthcare records system, federal information system, or FDA-regulated electronic-record system. Do not use it to transmit cardholder data, protected health information, classified or controlled government information, or records requiring regulated electronic signatures.
A future feature that would enter one of those scopes will not be enabled merely by changing these Terms. It requires a documented scope decision, qualified providers, contracts, risk assessment, technical controls, retention rules, incident procedures, testing, and any required independent authorization or audit.
Responsible limitation and updates
Community support, peer encouragement, and resource links are not substitutes for emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial services.
These Terms may change as services and standards evolve. The effective date will change when a material revision is published.
