This notice explains ownership, creator attribution, permitted references, and the process for reporting unauthorized use of Mello Zone or community-contributed material.
Mello Zone materials
Unless a page says otherwise, original site copy, layout, community documentation, graphics, and Mello Zone identifiers are reserved by their respective owner or operator. Access to a public page does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish the complete work.
You may link to public pages, quote short portions for commentary with clear attribution, and use browser features needed to access the site. Automated extraction, misleading reproduction, removal of credits, or use that implies sponsorship is not permitted without written authorization.
Creator and member contributions
Artists, photographers, musicians, writers, avatar makers, interview subjects, and community members retain rights in work they create. A Mello Zone feature or submission permission applies only to the agreed display, attribution, format, and duration.
Do not download or repost featured work merely because it appears on this site. Follow the creator credit and source link to review that creator's current commission, sharing, and licensing terms.
Names, marks, and false affiliation
Mello Zone names, logos, visual identifiers, and program names may not be used to impersonate staff, create a confusingly similar service, or suggest approval that was not granted.
Fandom characters and third-party platform names remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a platform or event is descriptive and does not by itself imply endorsement.
Rights and takedown requests
A rights holder or authorized representative can use Report Abuse to identify the work, the Mello Zone URL, the original source, the requested action, and a reliable way to follow up. Staff may request additional information needed to evaluate authority and avoid removing the wrong material.
Good-faith notices are reviewed promptly. Repeat infringement, false attribution, impersonation, or deliberate removal of creator credit may result in content removal and community enforcement.
