What belongs here
Report credible threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, grooming, illegal content, impersonation, doxxing, malicious commission activity, copyright misuse, or coordinated abuse involving a Mello Zone page, account, event, or official space.
Ordinary moderation disagreements belong in the appeal process. General questions and corrections belong in Contact. Choosing the right path helps staff restrict access to sensitive evidence.
Evidence and privacy
Include exact URLs, platform and account identifiers, approximate dates, and a concise description of the risk. Provide evidence links only when you are authorized to share them and redact unrelated personal information.
Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment card numbers, or illegal material. Preserve original evidence on the platform or with an appropriate authority instead of forwarding prohibited content.
Review and protective action
Staff triages reports by immediacy, credibility, affected service, and available evidence. Protective restrictions may occur before a complete review when there is a credible urgent risk.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome or create an attorney-client relationship. Mello Zone may preserve records, consult platform trust-and-safety teams, or make a lawful report when necessary to protect people or services.
