Mello Zone does not sell member information. This page provides a direct request path for visitors who want additional limits on sharing, targeted advertising, or sensitive-information use where applicable law gives that right.
What this request covers
You may ask Mello Zone not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit use of sensitive information, or to explain whether a described disclosure occurred. Mello Zone also accepts these requests voluntarily when a particular privacy statute does not apply.
A request does not prevent disclosures needed for security, fraud prevention, service delivery, legal compliance, or a direction you gave us. Optional analytics and advertising can also be disabled immediately through Your Privacy Choices.
Verification and authorized agents
Provide only the contact details and context needed to locate the relevant interaction. Staff may verify control of an email address or account before changing information and will not ask for a password through this form.
An authorized agent should identify the person represented and provide proof of authority. Mello Zone may also contact the person directly when law permits that verification step.
Response and non-discrimination
Mello Zone will acknowledge a submitted request with a reference code and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Complex or unverifiable requests may require clarification or a permitted extension.
Mello Zone will not retaliate or deny ordinary community access because someone made a good-faith privacy request. Safety restrictions and eligibility rules continue to apply independently.
California and other regional rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal service under the California Consumer Privacy Act when the law applies. Other regions provide similar or additional rights.
