Community Leadership
Leadership maintains the community mission, appoints trusted staff, reviews high-impact safety decisions, and keeps official policies aligned across the website, Discord, and VRChat.
Moderation Team
Moderators apply published rules, document incidents, de-escalate conflict, protect member privacy, and move sensitive reports into private review channels.
Member Responsibility
Members are expected to follow the manifesto, respect boundaries, use the correct report path, and avoid public escalation while a concern is under review.
Network Boundaries
Partner communities remain responsible for their own members and spaces. Mello Zone only represents decisions made within official Mello Zone services.
How To Use This Page

Report
Use Contact or Report a Problem for safety, conduct, technical, or access concerns. Include the relevant platform, date, and enough context for staff to investigate.

Review
Staff review available evidence, applicable rules, prior context, and immediate safety needs. Access is limited to people who need the information to act.

Respond
Staff may provide guidance, remove content, restrict access, issue moderation action, or close a report when the available evidence does not support action.

Appeal
Eligible moderation decisions can be challenged through the Ban Appeal page. Appeals should add context or identify a policy or evidence issue.
